An appeal has been lodged for four storey office extension to this prominent office building in Southgate. The proposed extension will provide new floorspace in lieu of the existing accommodation which is due to be converted to residential, following the grant of Prior Approval for change of use in 2014. This site lies within the Southgate Circus Conservation Area and has therefore required careful design throughout. Other external works are also proposed which will improve the building's appearance.
