Contemporary two storey extension to an existing office block at Old Street, designed to enhance the host building and create visual interest at this prominent site. Whilst the site benefitted from previous permissions for extensions lengthy discussions were required regarding the proposed detailed design, which was finally granted permission in January 2015.
